Resort Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sunrise Recreation Resort. We’re excited to have you as our guest and want to ensure your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions, as they outline the guidelines for your visit. By making a reservation and staying at our resort, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Reservation and Check-In: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
   Check-in time is 3.00 pm, and check-out time is 12.00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment and Cancellation: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due upon check-in. Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival will incur no charges. Cancellations made after that period or no-shows will result in a charge of certain amount of the total reservation cost, as specified during booking.
3. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the resort property, including accommodations, facilities, and amenities, due to their actions or negligence. Any related expenses will be charged to the guest. Guests are expected to adhere to resort policies and guidelines regarding behavior, noise levels, and usage of facilities.
4. Privacy and Security: The resort is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information shared during your reservation or stay will be used only for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties. The resort is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Use of in-room safes and following security guidelines is recommended.
5. Resort Facilities and Activities: Availability of facilities and activities may vary and are subject to weather conditions and operational requirements. Certain activities may have age, health, or other restrictions. Guests are advised to inquire at the front desk for details.
6. Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during their stay. Please follow all posted guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 or other health concerns. Medical assistance is available 24/7. In case of emergency, please contact the front desk.
7. Force Majeure: The resort shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
8. Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The latest version will be available on our website and provided upon check-in. By making a reservation and staying at our resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
